De-stressing Made Easy Introduction to Mindfulness For Stress Reduction

2.5-hour introductory seminar

Mindfulness training and practice are key to managing stress and developing your coping skills. This seminar balances theory and practice with a focus on experiential learning and application of knowledge to managing stress in everyday life.
